- 1 cup cream cheese, softened

- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries and raspberries)
- For the crumb topping:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- For the glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners to prevent sticking.
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl to create your dry mix.
- Whisk together the melted butter, softened cream cheese, milk, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl until well blended.
- Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the mixed berries gently to keep them intact.
- Spoon the batter into the lined muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- Mix the sugar, flour, and butter for the crumb topping in a bowl until crumbly, then sprinkle over the muffin batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze until smooth, then drizzle over cooled muffins.
Notes
Use fresh berries for best results and avoid overmixing the batter.
