Ingredients
8 banana peppers
1 cup mozzarella
1/2 cup Parmesan
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Slice and deseed peppers.
3. Prepare filling: meat or meatless option.
4. Stuff peppers and arrange on baking sheet.
