Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries: Start by washing the strawberries thoroughly. Hull them to remove the green tops and chop them into pieces.
- Make the Puree: Blend the chopped strawberries until smooth to create the fruity base for your yogurt dots.
- Mix with Yogurt: In a bowl, combine the strawberry puree, yogurt, honey, and lemon juice. Whisk until well combined.
- Spoon into Molds: Use a silicone mold or parchment-lined baking sheet to spoon the strawberry yogurt mixture into dot shapes.
- Freeze the Dots: Place in the freezer for at least 120 minutes until fully set.
- Serve: Pop the dots out of the mold or peel them off parchment paper. Enjoy immediately or store for later.
