Tiny, fun Christmas desserts made with fresh strawberries and a light cream cheese filling, perfect for holiday parties or quick sweet snacks.

- 20 large strawberries, washed and dried
- 4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 40 mini chocolate chips (for eyes)
- Red gel or strawberry jam (for noses)
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries: Rinse strawberries and pat dry completely. Slice off the green leafy tops so the strawberries can stand flat. Cut off the pointed tips and set them aside for the Santa hats.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla extract and whipping cream, then beat until the mixture forms stiff peaks.
- Assemble the Santas: Pipe or spoon a dollop of cream filling onto each strawberry base. Gently place the hat on top and add a small dot of cream at the tip for Santa’s hat pom-pom.
- Add Faces: Use mini chocolate chips for eyes and a tiny dot of red gel or jam for the nose.
- Chill and Serve: Place the Strawberry Santas on a platter and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set the filling. Dust lightly with powdered sugar before serving if desired.
Notes
You can make the filling a day ahead and keep it chilled. Assemble just a few hours before serving for the best look and texture.
