Description

Delightful cheesecake bars combining rich cream cheese, strawberry puree, and a crunchy Oreo crust, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well blended. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
  5. Gently swirl in the strawberry puree.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before cutting into bars.
  9. Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is softened and avoid overmixing after adding eggs.
