Description
A creamy, fruity, no-bake strawberry lasagna recipe with layers of cookie crust, whipped cheesecake, strawberry filling, and whipped topping.
Ingredients
1 package Golden Oreos or graham crackers (crushed)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)
1 package instant vanilla or cheesecake pudding mix
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
Optional: strawberry Jello, white chocolate chips, lemon zest
Instructions
1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a 9×13 dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
2. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over crust.
3. In separate bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk until thickened. Stir in strawberries. Spread over cheesecake layer.
4. Top with remaining whipped topping. Garnish with fresh strawberries or cookie crumbs.
5. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight before slicing.
Notes
Use graham crackers, pound cake, or vanilla wafers for the base.
Swap pudding for strawberry Jello for a gel-like texture.
Best served chilled with a sharp knife for clean layers.
