- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth in a separate bowl.
- Take a portion of cookie dough, flatten it, add a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture in the center, and wrap dough around it to form a ball.
- Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
