A delightful combination of bread and strawberry cheesecake flavors, perfect for sharing.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf of bread (such as brioche or challah)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, chopped strawberries, vanilla extract, and milk in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Prepare the loaf of bread by slicing it into cubes, making sure to not cut all the way through the bottom.
- Stuff the cream cheese mixture into the cuts of the bread generously.
- Brush the top of the bread with melted butter and drizzle the strawberry preserves over the top.
- Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Unwrap the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve by pulling apart pieces.
Notes
Serve with whipped cream or yogurt for a complete experience.
