Description

Delicious cookies that taste just like strawberry cheesecake with a creamy texture and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  5. Gently fold in the diced strawberries and chocolate chips if using.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Make sure to use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. You can also chill the dough if it’s too sticky.
