Ingredients

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually blend this dry mixture into the creamed mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries and optional white chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week. They can also be refrigerated for two weeks or frozen for three months.
