- 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt; mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Drop heaping spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
