Description

A comforting one-pan meal combining savory ground beef, rich cream, and tender pasta for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, and cook until browned for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft, then add minced garlic and stir for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  3. Sprinkle in paprika, salt, and black pepper, stirring well.
  4. Pour in beef broth, bring to a simmer, and add rotini pasta. Cover and simmer on low for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat with a splash of beef broth or cream.
