Description

A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring ground beef, baby broccoli, and onions, served over rice.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups baby broccoli
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Remove excess fat if needed, then add the minced garlic and ginger.
  4. Stir in the sliced onion and cook until translucent.
  5. Add the baby broccoli and soy sauce, stirring until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.

Best served immediately; can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
