Description
A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring ground beef, baby broccoli, and onions, served over rice.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups baby broccoli
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Remove excess fat if needed, then add the minced garlic and ginger.
- Stir in the sliced onion and cook until translucent.
- Add the baby broccoli and soy sauce, stirring until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Best served immediately; can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
