Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Thinly sliced steak
  • 1/2 cup Sweet onions (sautéed)
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
  4. Layer the steak, sautéed onions, and cheese on top.
  5. Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side up.
  6. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and grill the other side until the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve hot.
