- 2 slices Bread
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Thinly sliced steak
- 1/2 cup Sweet onions (sautéed)
- 1/2 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Layer the steak, sautéed onions, and cheese on top.
- Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Grill for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and grill the other side until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
Customize with your favorite cheese and type of bread. Great served with pickles, soup, salad, or fries.
