Description

A hearty casserole combining tender steak, creamy potatoes, and melted cheddar cheese, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, cut into cubes
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the cubed steak at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Layer the sliced potatoes and chopped onion over the steak.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the beef broth, heavy cream, salt, and pepper, then pour over the potatoes and steak.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
  5. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
