- 1 lb flank steak, cut into cubes
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the cubed steak at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Layer the sliced potatoes and chopped onion over the steak.
- In a separate bowl, mix the beef broth, heavy cream, salt, and pepper, then pour over the potatoes and steak.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
