Delicious Starbucks Oat Fudge Bars featuring a buttery oat crust and rich, fudge-like chocolate filling.

- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2½ cups rolled oats
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, rolled oats, and salt.
- Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the fudge filling over the oat layer in the pan.
- Crumble the remaining oat mixture on top of the fudge filling.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting for cleaner edges. Wrap in an airtight container to keep fresh.
