- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 can white beans (cannellini or navy beans), drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: lemon juice, red pepper flakes, or grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the drained white beans and cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve warm, with optional toppings if desired.
