- 1 soft flatbread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet. Brush it lightly with olive oil.
- Evenly spread the mozzarella cheese over the flatbread, followed by the crumbled feta and fresh spinach.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.
