Description

Ingredients

  • 1 soft flatbread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet. Brush it lightly with olive oil.
  3. Evenly spread the mozzarella cheese over the flatbread, followed by the crumbled feta and fresh spinach.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.
