Crispy wonton wrappers filled with a creamy spinach and cheese mixture, perfect for parties or casual snacking.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package of wonton wrappers (about 48)
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Take a wonton wrapper and place about a teaspoon of the spinach mixture in the center.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over to form a triangle, and press to seal.
- Brush the tops of the filled wontons with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Repeat until all filling is used.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Don’t overfill the wrappers; one teaspoon of filling is sufficient. Seal well to prevent leaks during cooking.
