Description

Crispy wonton wrappers filled with a creamy spinach and cheese mixture, perfect for parties or casual snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package of wonton wrappers (about 48)
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Take a wonton wrapper and place about a teaspoon of the spinach mixture in the center.
  4. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over to form a triangle, and press to seal.
  5. Brush the tops of the filled wontons with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Repeat until all filling is used.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Don’t overfill the wrappers; one teaspoon of filling is sufficient. Seal well to prevent leaks during cooking.
