- 3 cups Fresh spinach
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined in a large bowl.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and beaten egg.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
- Drizzle melted butter over the breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
Notes
