Description

A delightful spinach casserole made with creamy ingredients and fresh spinach, perfect as a side dish or main course.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Fresh spinach
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the fresh spinach and beaten egg.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over the breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm as a side dish.
