Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta of your choice
  • 1 lb spicy Italian sausage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the spicy Italian sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
