- 1 teaspoon whole grain Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Asian chili garlic sauce (or Tabasco sauce)
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (207°C).
- Rinse the salmon with cold water and gently pat it dry with paper towels.
- Place the salmon on a large sheet of aluminum foil and season with salt and ground black pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, Dijon mustard, chili garlic sauce, apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Pour the spicy honey sauce over the salmon and coat it evenly.
- Fold the aluminum foil over the salmon to create a tight packet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15–20 minutes, checking for doneness after 15 minutes.
- Once cooked, carefully unwrap the foil, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
