Ingredients

  • Sushi rice
  • Prosciutto
  • Fresh basil
  • Creamy mozzarella
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Olive oil

  • Tomato-garlic aioli (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat and spread a layer of sushi rice over it.
  3. Place layers of prosciutto, fresh basil, mozzarella, and sun-dried tomatoes on the rice.
  4. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
