Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Prosciutto
- Fresh basil
- Creamy mozzarella
- Sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Allow to cool slightly.
- Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat and spread a layer of sushi rice over it.
- Place layers of prosciutto, fresh basil, mozzarella, and sun-dried tomatoes on the rice.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and pan-fry until golden and crispy on all sides.
- Serve with zesty tomato-garlic aioli.
Notes
