- 2–3 fresh jalapeños, diced
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Mix together cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter in another bowl.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in cheddar cheese, sweet corn, and diced jalapeños.
- Spray the waffle maker with non-stick spray and pour batter into the waffle maker, cooking until golden brown.

Notes
