- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
- Place the salmon on the grill or skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix together diced avocado, lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper to make the salsa.
- Serve the salmon hot with the avocado lime salsa on top.
Notes
Store leftovers separately for best freshness. Salmon lasts 2-3 days, salsa about 1-2 days.
