- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and allow them to splutter.
- Sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add green chilies, ginger paste, and garlic paste; cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the pan and mix well.
- Sprinkle garam masala on top and stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
Notes
Make sure to not overcook the macaroni for the best texture. Adjust spice levels according to taste.
