- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and honey in another bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fill the muffin tin about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve warm with butter.
