  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, chopped onion, and diced bell pepper.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the mixture, then toss again to ensure everything is well coated.
  5. Add the sliced smoked sausage to the bowl and mix it in with the vegetables.
