- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your preference)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the sliced sausage, diced potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, add the cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
