Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your preference)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the sliced sausage, diced potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil, add the cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
