Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey, chicken)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, ginger, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through and tender.
- Serve over rice or noodles, or with toothpicks as an appetizer.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes or sriracha to the sauce. Adjust sauce amount for a thicker consistency by adding a cornstarch slurry during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
