- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, grated ginger, and black pepper.
- Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Serve over rice, in wraps, tacos, bowls, or lettuce cups.
Notes
For thicker sauce, remove chicken and simmer sauce on stovetop until reduced. Adjust sweetness with soy sauce or lime juice if necessary.
