- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- Cheese, for topping
- 1 Bell pepper, chopped
- Spices (salt, pepper, paprika, etc.)
- 1 cup Broth or water
- Vegetables (carrots, potatoes, etc.)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Transfer the beef to the slow cooker.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and any other desired vegetables to the slow cooker.
- Pour in tomato sauce and broth, and add spices to taste.
- Stir everything together.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes.
- Serve hot, optionally topped with cheese.
