- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Pour the sauce over the beef in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Shred the beef and serve.

For best results, use beef chuck roast and cook on low heat for 8 hours.
