Description

A warm and fudgy skillet brownie that’s perfect for sharing or a cozy night at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup homemade jarred brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. In a bowl, mix the homemade jarred brownie mix with eggs and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Pour the brownie mixture into the skillet and stir in the chocolate chips if using.
  5. Bake in the oven for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. Serve warm, optionally topped with ice cream.
