- 1 cup homemade jarred brownie mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the homemade jarred brownie mix with eggs and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour the brownie mixture into the skillet and stir in the chocolate chips if using.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Serve warm, optionally topped with ice cream.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days, or freeze cut pieces for up to 3 months.
