Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef with the diced onion in a large skillet over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink.
  3. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and milk until well combined.
  5. Transfer the beef mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
  7. Top with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
