- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 32 oz frozen tater tots
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef with the diced onion in a large skillet over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink.
- Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and milk until well combined.
- Transfer the beef mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
- Top with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
