Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz Fettuccine pasta
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions

- Melt the Butter: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it is melted and bubbly.
- Sauté Garlic: Add minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté it for about 1-2 minutes, or until it becomes fragrant.
- Add Heavy Cream: Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes, stirring frequently to avoid sticking.
- Whisk in Parmesan: Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Season: Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine Pasta and Sauce: Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
- Serve: Serve the pasta immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
