- 3 cups broccoli florets, bite-sized
- 12 oz pre-cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Combine the refrigerated tortellini, broccoli florets, and cubed chicken breast on a large rimmed sheet pan.
- Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss all ingredients directly on the pan until evenly coated, then spread into a single layer.
- Roast for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and the tortellini are heated through with slightly golden edges.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
Ensure not to overcrowd the pan for even cooking. Check the roasting time a few minutes before the set time, as ovens vary.
