Description

A quick and satisfying turkey and avocado wrap packed with protein and healthy fats, perfect for a nutritious lunch.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces sliced cooked turkey breast
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 4 thin slices tomato

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise evenly on the inside of each tortilla.
  2. Layer the lettuce, tomato slices, turkey breast, cooked bacon, and avocado slices on one half of each tortilla.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and tightly roll them up from the bottom to the top.
  4. Slice the wraps in half if desired and serve immediately.
