Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Brush each chicken breast with olive oil and then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture thoroughly.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the chicken, ensuring it covers the chicken well, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
