Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon. Add finely chopped green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat and spread a layer of the cheese and bacon mixture, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end into a log shape, ensuring the filling stays inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- After chilling, slice each tortilla log into 1-inch thick pinwheels and arrange on a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
