- 8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 can biscuit dough
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a bundt pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the biscuit dough into small pieces and add it to the egg mixture along with the crumbled bacon, tater tots, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving platter. Slice and serve warm.
