Description

A delicious and crowd-pleasing Savory Breakfast Bundt that combines bacon, eggs, tater tots, and cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the biscuit dough into small pieces and add it to the egg mixture along with the crumbled bacon, tater tots, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared bundt pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving platter. Slice and serve warm.
