Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat until it’s cooked through and crispy.
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread, browned sausage, chopped onions, chopped celery, and aromatic herbs.
- Gradually add the broth to the mixture, ensuring it is moist but not soggy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. After that, uncover it and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until it is golden brown on top.
Notes
