Description

A creamy and luxurious baked Brie cheese, infused with garlic and fresh herbs, perfect for sharing with friends and family.


Ingredients

  • 1 wheel Brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon honey, optional
  • Crackers or baguette slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie wheel onto a baking dish or a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, and a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  4. Pour the garlic and herb mixture over the Brie and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is warmed through and soft.
  6. Remove from the oven, drizzle with honey if desired, and sprinkle with parsley.
  7. Serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.

Notes

Allow leftovers to cool and store in an airtight container for 3–5 days. Reheat in the oven before serving.
