- 1 wheel Brie cheese (8 oz)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- 1 tablespoon honey, optional
- Crackers or baguette slices, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie wheel onto a baking dish or a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, stir together olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, and a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Pour the garlic and herb mixture over the Brie and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is warmed through and soft.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with honey if desired, and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.
Notes
Allow leftovers to cool and store in an airtight container for 3–5 days. Reheat in the oven before serving.
