- 8 oz Spaghetti or Lo Mein Noodles
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- 1 medium Red Bell Pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
- 2 stalks Green Onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Boil water and cook noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until combined.
- Sauté the Vegetables: In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add red bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Combine: Add cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet. Toss until noodles are coated and mixed well with the vegetables.
- Garnish and Serve: Serve in bowls and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes
For extra warmth, adjust red pepper flakes or add chili paste.
