- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup pizza sauce, thick
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
- 1 cup mini pepperoni slices
- Optional: chopped fresh basil or Italian seasoning for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the bottom of the dish.
- Spoon the pizza sauce over the cream cheese and spread it gently.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella over the sauce, followed by the shredded Italian blend cheese.
- Scatter the mini pepperoni evenly over the cheese, then add the remaining mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil, if using, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with toasted baguette slices, crackers, breadsticks, or fresh veggie sticks.
