Description

Ingredients

  • 20 jalapeño peppers (halved and seeds removed)
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 ounce package)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cook the sausage in a pan over medium heat until browned, then drain grease.
  3. Combine the cooked sausage, cream cheese, and shredded Parmesan cheese.
  4. Arrange the jalapeño halves in a baking dish cut side up.
  5. Stuff each jalapeño with the sausage and cheese mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
