- 20 jalapeño peppers (halved and seeds removed)
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 package cream cheese (8 ounce package)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cook the sausage in a pan over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Drain any excess grease.
- Combine the cooked sausage, cream cheese, and shredded Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl and mix until well blended.
- Arrange the jalapeño halves in a baking dish with the cut side facing up.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the sausage and cheese mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dip!

Jalapeños can be customized with different cheeses or by adding chopped veggies to the filling.
