Description

Delightful appetizer of jalapeños stuffed with savory sausage and rich cheese.


Ingredients

  • 20 jalapeño peppers (halved and seeds removed)
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 ounce package)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cook the sausage in a pan over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Combine the cooked sausage, cream cheese, and shredded Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl and mix until well blended.
  4. Arrange the jalapeño halves in a baking dish with the cut side facing up.
  5. Stuff each jalapeño half with the sausage and cheese mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dip!
