- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 4 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it’s soft and translucent.
- Add the sliced kielbasa sausage to the skillet, cooking until browned.
- Stir in the diced potatoes and green beans. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer the mixture into a large baking dish. Pour in the milk and mix everything together.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Make sure not to pack the ingredients too tightly for even cooking. Test potato doneness with a fork.
