- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 4–5 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
- Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
- In a large baking dish, combine the diced potatoes, green beans, and the kielbasa mixture.
- Pour the chicken broth over the top and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the top.
- Serve warm.
