Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage (Italian or breakfast sausage)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced

  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 package potato gnocchi
  • 2 cups spinach

Instructions
